Arlen Litman-Cleper

Arlen Litman-Cleper is a Partner with Cesari, Werner & Moriarty. He has extensive litigation experience in both California State Courts and Federal Courts. He represents a diverse group of clients, including multi-national corporations, public entities, Fortune 500 companies, sole proprietorships, and individuals. Arlen’s practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury/wrongful death litigation, business/commercial litigation, products liability, real estate, premises liability, landlord-tenant, general liability, transportation, insurance coverage, insurance bad-faith, labor and employment, and construction matters.

Arlen currently manages the litigation dockets of public transportation companies, large international retailers, and multiple insurance companies. He advises clients at every stage of the litigation process from pre-suit investigation and liability analysis through lawsuit, trial, and the post-trial Appellate process. Arlen has tried numerous high-stakes cases to verdict in State Courts throughout California, obtaining successful results, including multiple defense verdicts. He also is adept at seeking cost-effective resolution for his clients through Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution methods.

Arlen is a San Francisco Native and current resident. He attended the University of Southern California for his undergraduate education before receiving his J.D. from the Golden Gate University School of Law.
