Ruby Gastelum

R. Ruby Gastelum is an Associate Attorney at Cesari Werner and Moriarty, bringing over a decade of litigation experience and a steadfast commitment to justice and advocacy.

She earned her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and Latino Studies from San Francisco State University in 2015. She began her legal career as a legal secretary and paralegal, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in litigation. To deepen her expertise, Ms. Gastelum pursued her Juris Doctorate at Golden Gate University School of Law while continuing to work in litigation departments at prominent law firms. Balancing rigorous academic and professional responsibilities, she developed case management, discovery, and trial preparation expertise.

After graduating in 2022, she was sworn in as a licensed attorney in the State of California in November 2024.

Today, Ms. Gastelum leverages her extensive litigation background to provide clients with comprehensive and compassionate legal counsel in complex legal matters.
