Stephen Lin

Stephen Lin, Associate at Cesari Werner & Moriarty, represents individuals and corporations of all sizes in general civil litigation.  His experience encompasses a wide variety of cases, including insurance defense, product liability, employment law, landlord-tenant disputes, and general contract matters.  Stephen is experienced in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and written discovery to fact and expert depositions, law and motion practice, arbitration, mediation and trial.  He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in Cantonese and Spanish.
