James P. Giacchetti

James P. Giacchetti is a trial lawyer with substantial experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Before joining Cesari Werner & Moriarty, Mr. Giacchetti practiced law at preeminent firms throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. James is recognized as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star.”

Mr. Giacchetti graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, James clerked for the Honorable Mary J. Greenwood, Administrative Presiding Justice of the Sixth District Court of Appeal, and served as a member of the Honors Moot Court Board. James received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Magna Cum Laude, from Santa Clara University.

James’s interests include art, film, and travel. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two young daughters.
