Jason Leary

Jason Leary is an Associate Attorney at Cesari Werner and Moriarty. Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in philosophy from San Diego State University.

He then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).

Jason served as a law clerk for the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Northern District of California as well as a plaintiff’s side personal injury firm in the Bay Area. He is licensed to practice in the State of California.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys running, listening to music, and card games.
