Margaret received her undergraduate degree in politics from New York University, followed by her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1997. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002. Before joining CWM in 2009, Margaret practiced as an associate in the areas of insurance bad faith litigation; personal injury; landlord/tenant; defense of public entities and their employees in civil litigation; Americans with Disabilities Act claims; boundary disputes; intentional torts; and negligence actions. Outside of the office and courtroom Margaret enjoys cycling and running, particularly on the Peninsula, where she lives with her husband Mark. She was born in Poland and speaks fluent Polish.
